Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the MiraiVolt EV Charging Platform provided by Krishridhi Technologies Private Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Binding Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MiraiVolt mobile application, website, and all related platform services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Krishridhi Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in India.
By downloading, registering on, or using the MiraiVolt app or website, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download, register, or use the MiraiVolt Platform.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the MiraiVolt Platform.
- By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- If you are registering on behalf of a business entity as a Charging Station Master, you warrant that you are authorised to bind the business to these Terms.
- MiraiVolt is currently available to users in India only.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your MiraiVolt account, including your name, email address, and phone number.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). Do not share your password with any third party.
- You must notify us immediately at info@miraivolt.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
- One person or business entity may maintain only one active account. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted.
- Authentication sessions are managed using JSON Web Tokens (JWT) stored securely on your device using Android EncryptedSharedPreferences (AES-256). Sessions automatically expire and must be refreshed. Logout purges all stored tokens from your device.
4. Platform Description & Nature of Service
MiraiVolt is a technology intermediary platform that:
- Connects EV Drivers with nearby electric vehicle charging stations listed on the Platform.
- Provides Charging Station Masters with tools to list, manage, and gain insights into their charging stations.
- Offers map-based station discovery, real-time GPS navigation to stations (powered by Google Routes API v2), location search (Google Places API and OpenStreetMap), and charging session tracking.
- Enables EV Drivers to submit ratings and reviews for stations after a charging session.
5. Terms for EV Drivers
5.1 Use of Location Services
The app requires access to your device's precise GPS location to display nearby charging stations and provide turn-by-turn navigation. Location is used only while the app is in active use. You may deny location permission, but this will prevent map-based features from functioning.
5.2 GPS Navigation Disclaimer
Turn-by-turn navigation directions are provided by the Google Routes API. MiraiVolt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of routing information. You must comply with all applicable traffic laws and exercise independent judgement while driving. Do not operate the MiraiVolt app while driving. MiraiVolt is not liable for any accidents, traffic violations, or damages arising from reliance on navigation guidance.
5.3 Voice Search
The voice search feature uses your device microphone to capture spoken search queries. Speech processing is performed by the device's built-in OS-level speech recognition. MiraiVolt does not record or retain audio.
5.4 Charging Sessions & Transactions
Charging session records displayed in the app (energy consumed in kWh, cost in ₹, duration, connector type) are generated from backend session data. For any billing disputes related to a charging session, contact the Charging Station Master directly, or reach us at info@miraivolt.com.
5.5 Reviews & Ratings
You may submit a star rating (1–5) and written comment for a charging station after completing a session. Reviews must be based on your genuine experience. You must not submit false, defamatory, or misleading reviews. MiraiVolt reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines or applicable law without prior notice.
5.6 Charging Station Information Accuracy
Station details (location, connector type, operating hours, pricing) are listed by Charging Station Masters. MiraiVolt does not independently verify the accuracy of all listings. We recommend verifying station availability directly with the station before travelling long distances.
6. Terms for Charging Station Masters
6.1 Listing Responsibility
By listing your station on MiraiVolt, you confirm that you are the owner of or are authorised to manage the listed charging station(s). You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide, including station name, address, GPS coordinates, connector types (e.g. CCS2, Type 2 AC), operational hours, and pricing. You must keep your listing up to date. Outdated or incorrect information that causes EV Drivers to travel to a non-functional station may result in suspension of your listing.
6.2 Pricing Authority & 100% Control
Charging Station Masters retain full and final authority over their station pricing and tariffs. MiraiVolt does not set, mandate, or override your pricing. Any pricing recommendations provided by MiraiVolt Pro analytics tools are data-driven suggestions only and carry no obligation.
6.3 Pro Analytics Disclaimer
MiraiVolt Pro subscription features, including demand gap analysis, usage analytics, demand forecasts, and pricing recommendations, are provided as informational and decision-support tools only. MiraiVolt does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, customer traffic volumes, or ROI from using Pro analytics features. All business decisions based on analytics remain your sole responsibility.
6.4 Prohibited Conduct
You must not list stations that do not exist or are not operational, engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices that harm EV Drivers, or manipulate reviews or ratings in any way.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the MiraiVolt Platform to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our backend infrastructure.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the Platform without our express written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the MiraiVolt app.
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated reviews or ratings.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
- The MiraiVolt name, logo, app design, website content, trademarks, service marks, and all related branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Krishridhi Technologies Private Limited.
- All software, code, databases, and platform architecture underlying the MiraiVolt Platform are proprietary and protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works based on MiraiVolt's intellectual property without our express prior written consent.
- By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to the Platform, you grant MiraiVolt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the Platform.
9. Third-Party Services
The MiraiVolt Platform integrates third-party services including Google Maps, Google Places API, and Google Routes API v2. Your use of these features is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com.
MiraiVolt is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
10.1 As-Is Basis
The MiraiVolt Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
10.2 Station Information
MiraiVolt does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or operational status of any charging station listed on the Platform. Station information is provided by Station Masters and MiraiVolt accepts no liability for inaccurate listings.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krishridhi Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to MiraiVolt (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion for any violation of these Terms.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@miraivolt.com.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be updated on this page with notification sent via email or in-app message. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
