Delete Your MiraiVolt Account
At MiraiVolt, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Please follow the steps below to submit your request.
User Data Deletion Guarantee
MiraiVolt (operated by Krishridhi Technologies Private Limited) gives all users full control over their personal information in accordance with Google Play Store User Data policies and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can delete your account instantly through the mobile application or request manual deletion by emailing our privacy team.
If you have the MiraiVolt app installed on your Android or iOS device, you can delete your account immediately without waiting:
- 1Open the MiraiVolt app on your mobile device.
- 2Tap on Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
- 3Tap on Settings (⚙️ gear icon) in the top-right corner.
- 4Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the settings screen.
- 5Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account will be deleted immediately.

- Your Registered Full Name
- Your Registered Email Address

- A brief statement: "Please delete my MiraiVolt account and associated personal data."
What Data Is Deleted
When your account deletion is processed, the following personal data categories are permanently removed from our active production databases:
Profile & Identity Information
Your full name, first name, last name, email address, phone number, gender, and profile avatar/photo.
Authentication & Security Credentials
Your password hash, Firebase Authentication UID, active session tokens, and FCM push notification device tokens.
EV & Driver Profile
Your registered vehicle details (make, model, battery capacity, connector type) and driving license details.
User Activity & Personal Preferences
Saved favorite charging stations, search and navigation history, station demand gap submissions, and in-app notifications.
Data That May Be Retained & Why
Certain data may be retained after account deletion where strictly required by applicable law or legitimate security requirements:
Statutory Financial & Tax Records
Transaction receipts, payment records, and tax invoices related to completed charging sessions or subscriptions are retained as mandated by applicable Indian laws (e.g., Goods and Services Tax / GST Act and the Companies Act, 2013).
Security, Fraud Prevention & Legal Disputes
Minimal, dissociated audit logs or safety records where retention is strictly required to resolve active disputes, prevent fraudulent activities, or comply with lawful court/government orders under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Processing of Deletion Requests
Here is what happens after you submit an account deletion request:
Requests initiated directly through the MiraiVolt mobile app take effect immediately. Your authentication tokens are revoked, and your user record is permanently removed from the active database upon your confirmation.
Requests submitted via email are acknowledged within 48 to 72 business hours. After verifying account ownership, our team processes and confirms the permanent deletion within 30 calendar days.
